In this lesson, you will review certain sections of the licensed document preparer study guide. While this guide, or one modified for the DVLDP program, will be important to study thoroughly before taking the second test required for DVLDP certification. This lesson asks to review important sections relating to Black Law Dictionary definitions, specific Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure and Arizona Statutes. Having an early understanding of these areas will be important in the practice of your work during your supervision time.
