1. The Foundation will be hosting a 5-day Summer Institute from July 7-11, 2025, to train and engage teachers on implementing the Project Citizen program integrated with media literacy resources. Approximately 25 teachers will be attending the summer institute from Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, and Washington. The Foundation is currently in search of hotel accommodations and event space for the summer institute participants. The purpose is to provide educators with learning, networking, and professional growth in an inviting and memorable location.

SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Technology Director and Finance and Accounting Manager, the Tech and Accounting Support Specialist will; be at the forefront of troubleshooting helpdesk technology needs for the organization staff; and assists the accounting department with technology needs for internal and external partners to assure clear communications and coordination of technology needs including report upload application, and excel data formatting and reporting.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Coordinate annual audit of data in the IOLTA software ensuring information is accurate and reflects current information provided from our bank partners and the State Bar of Arizona.

 

Provide frontline helpdesk support to staff via telephone, video conference, remote desktop, or email identifying, troubleshooting, and addressing hardware, software, or network issues as well as video conferencing applications interruptions.

 

Manage and prioritize support tickets/requests, maintaining timely communication with users throughout the resolution process.

 

Log incidents activity to build a knowledge base bank to analyze and identifying trends in issue to devise preventive solutions.

 

Assist departments with in-person onsite and offsite technology setup needs like audio/visual, iPads setup, presentation equipment setup and troubleshooting, Wi-Fi connectivity troubleshooting for participants, etc.

 

Provide onsite technical support for all trainings and meetings to ensure they run smoothly and without unnecessary delays.

 

Assist Accounting department with new software implementation including importing and exporting of data.
